StLouisCeliac: St. Louis, Missouri, United States; I am a Nurse who was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 9 years ago while living in Germany. Celiac Disease was ravaging my body and I wasn't about to accept this fate without a fight. Ready-Made Gluten Free foods were difficult to come by and of terrible quality, so I became determined to create Gluten Free Recipes that were not only as good, but better then their Gluten filled counterparts. I have been Blissfully married to my best friend, Dan for almost 18 yrs, and have 2 amazing children. I am indeed, blessed!
