It is very important that we support these events as much as possible....so spread the word to everyone you know in this area who doesn't eat Gluten!!!!
On a separate note, Beck's Gluten Free Foods of Ellisville, Mo. closed their doors this past week. Joy made wonderful food, and they will be missed by the Celiac/Gluten Free community. A lot of the food from Beck's was better than it's wheat-filled counterparts. Let Joy's food be an inspiration to you...you can live a Gluten Free Lifestyle, and have DELICIOUS FOOD!!!!! Now...use your imagination....AND GET IN THAT KITCHEN!!!!! Let me know what you come out with :-)
